Introducing Leanne Cane, Guest Author.
Leanne is a business associate of mine in both Global NPN and Enagic and her post is one that will be helpful to Global NPN members who need to know how to cancel their existing, and set up their new subscription in NPN.
Please, read on…..
Global NPN has announced some significant changes to its compensation plan and business model, which come into effect from 1st April, 2013.
Because this new business model requires a change in your subscription, at whatever level you choose to participate, you will need to prepare to pay the newly-introduced monthly Affiliate Fee.
If you are paying your monthly subscription via your Debit Card or Credit Card, then you don’t need to do anything more than make sure you have sufficient funds to cover up to $20 extra on top of your regular subscription amount for this fee.
However, it gets a bit more involved if you are making your subscription payments from your Payza account. You will have to log into Payza and cancel your old subscription and then log back into NPN to set up your new subscription.
If you are thinking of
- upgrading to a higher commission level to make more money from the new 100% commissions
- downgrading to a lower subscription level to accommodate the increased cost
- cancelling altogether if the new business model no longer suits you
the time to do it is now.
I have had a lot of members contact me, saying “I don’t like this new plan, how do I cancel?” or, “Wow! I love this new plan, how do I upgrade?” or who are simply confused and needing some help with how to do what they need to do.
So. First things first.
You need to do entirely separate things:
- Cancel your Global NPN “Subscription” if it’s set up in Payza. Do this FIRST.
- Upgrade/Downgrade/Cancel your Global NPN “Account” in your NPN back office. Do this SECOND.
1. How to Cancel Your Payza Subscription
Login to your Payza back office.
Click on <My Payza Account Main Menu> the big green button on the left hand side of your screen
Under the Heading in the middle <Manage My Money>
Select <Purchased Subscriptions>
Locate your Global NPN subscription
Select <Cancel> and follow the prompts to complete the process.
Check your <Purchased Subscriptions> to see that the status now shows “Canceled”
2. How to Upgrade, Downgrade or Cancel GlobalNPN
Login to your Global NPN back office.
Hover over <Account> link on the top left hand side of your back office screen
Select the last item on the drop down menu, called <Downgrade/Cancel>
Scroll down to the dropdown menu box on this page and select the action you wish to take to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Global NPN Account and follow the prompts to complete the process.
Check on the top right of the page next to where you log out to see your <Level:> now shows your new level, if you upgraded or downgraded.
