Yes. It is true. You just don’t get something for nothing! Whatever you are seeking, whether it is love, friendship, money, success there is always a price to pay.
Now I wish you all the best in your search for love. No-one should be without it. If you don’t have anyone to love in your life, well, just get a dog! You won’t want for unconditional love if you get a dog!
But this blog is all about Internet Marketing so I really want to address that and believe me you can get friendship, money and success with internet marketing. Maybe you can get a bit of love – well, you probably can… but that kind of thing ends up after you have developed friendship, right?
Anyway… all these things depend upon one thing. It is a simple formula.
Work! Yes, it is a simple equation. Work hard at developing your skills. Work hard at developing online relationships. Work hard at presenting your business to as many people as possible and you will succeed eventually.
I always say to my team, “do something small each day to progress your business.” 30 minutes every day doing something on your business will work far better than a full day of intense effort every month followed by dreaming of riches or checking your inbox to see if anyone has responded to your day of wisdom!
My Formula is this:
2. Have a facebook and twitter account
3. Link your blog to an email autoresponder to collect subscribers – create a newsletter
4. Have a bribe to persuade people to subscribe
5. Post on your blog every week – 5 days a week in your first month
6. Share your blog posts with your facebook, twitter and email them to your subscribers
7. Believe in what you write – represent a view or a product that you are passionate about!
8. Follow up every subscriber with a personal email or telephone call
Simple…. Everyone can work on that formula, can’t they? Work hard on that – 30 minutes a day around your day job and family commitments – and gradually it will provide you with a full time income!
Some quotes for you!

Sweat plus sacrifice equals success.

The conditions of conquest are always easy. We have but to toil awhile, endure awhile, believe always, and never turn back.
The difference between try and triumph is just a little umph!
The expectations of life depend upon diligence; the mechanic that would perfect his work must first sharpen his tools.
The hard way is the right way.
Henry Wadsworth Longfellow
The heights of great men reached and kept,/ Were not obtained by sudden flight,/ But they, while their companions slept/ Were toiling upward in the night.
The man who removes a mountain begins by carrying away small stones.
The marble not yet carved can hold the form of every thought the greatest artist has.
Herbert N. Casson
The men who succeed are the efficient few. They are the few who have the ambition and will power to develop themselves.
Oliver Wendell Holmes
The mode in which the inevitable comes to pass is through effort.
- to have passion for what you are promoting – belief is very, very important
- You need to work hard – every day actions toward your objective .
- Good decisions – good processes, good actions
and the result will be your success – and possibly, like me you will have lasting friendships from your work too!
I always teach about the story of the tortoise and the hare . The hare was confident he would win the race. He dashed in front and so far ahead was he that he fell asleep under a tree. Only for the tortoise, who was consistent and worked hard at his own pace, to beat the hare to the finish line!
Be a tortoise. Work hard , be consistent, don’t stop. Eventually you will win the race!
